These Terms of Service govern your use of The Vegan Patty Lady website and the purchase of any products from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order via our payment provider.
Delivery
Orders ship in scheduled "patty drop" batches. Estimated dispatch dates are shown at checkout and on the home page. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our reasonable control.
Returns and refunds
Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot offer returns or refunds once your order has shipped, except where the product is damaged, defective, or not as described. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
Allergens
Our products are produced in a kitchen that handles common allergens. Full ingredient and allergen information is provided on each product page and on the packaging. If you have a food allergy, please read this carefully before ordering.
Crowdfund contributions
Contributions to our crowdfund are voluntary and non-refundable, except where required by law. Named recognition on the site is provided as thanks — please contact us if you'd like your name removed or updated.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including branding, images, recipes, and copy — is owned by The Vegan Patty Lady or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
